Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) with Laparoscopic Tubectomy under General Anaesthesia (GA) at Dr Masal Hospital
MTP with tubectomy is a procedure in which an unwanted pregnancy is medically terminated, followed by permanent female sterilization (tubectomy) during the same anaesthesia. The procedure is performed under General Anaesthesia, so the patient remains asleep and does not feel pain. After surgery, the patient is monitored for a few hours, receives appropriate medications, and is discharged once stable as advised by the treating gynecologist.
